Fr. Meyer’s Sohn
(FMS), the Hamburg-based global logistics company, has announced the
acquisition of Norwegian logistics provider Front Shipping AS, headquartered in Oslo.
The move marks another strategic step in FMS’s expansion in the Nordic region
and strengthens its capabilities in project logistics. Following the
acquisition of a Swedish logistics provider in 2024, the integration of Front
Shipping represents the next milestone in building a strong platform across
Scandinavia. With three offices in Sweden and now a presence in Norway, FMS is
further expanding its footprint and strengthening customer proximity in
Northern Europe.
