Long-term Loadstar readers will know that some time ago, we wrote a blog looking at the reviews of IATA on the website glassdoor.com. They weren’t all favourable, by any means. And IATA’s chief of human capital minded. So much so, that he went to the police and made a criminal complaint against one reviewer, IATA Anonymous. He is also trying to obtain a subpoena to force the website to reveal the identity of the reviewer, for both a criminal case and civil case. Is this good for IATA’s PR? You be the judge.
