IAG Cargo today announces that from July 2013 customers moving smaller shipments will benefit from guaranteed capacity on its Prioritise service, designed for express cargo shipments. Capacity Guarantee is an addition to the existing Performance Guarantee, making IAG Cargo one of the only major global carriers to offer customers peace of mind through a dual assurance. Capacity Guarantee will be available for freight bookings under 300kgs with bookings under this weight automatically accepted for travel. The guarantee is available to customers booking a Prioritise service through www.iagcargo.com or via telephone.
