It has been stymied by restructuring at FedEx, which acounted for 98% of Indianapolis’ cargo last year. However, FedEx is spending $170m to upgrade its hub and is expecting increased revenue. It’s a good snapshot of an airport hoping to see decent growth in air cargo – and how it will earn from that.
