DP World tables bid for 49% stake in Fesco

The DP World acquisition path appears to have no end in sight. Splash247 this morning reports that the Dubai-based port operator has again turned its sights on Russian container carrier Fesco. A takeover offer by the port operator for a shipping line obviously has precedent, as it would follow recent acquisitions that have included feeder lines Unifeeder and Feedertech, as well as P&O Ferries.
