Denholm Group, which celebrated 150 years of trading in 2016, has announced the acquisition of Bennett & McMahon Agencies by Denholm Global Logistics, its forwarding business.
Bennett & McMahon, based on the Wirral, was formed in 1994, by Mike McMahon and Ralph Bennett, specialising in the African continent, focusing on UK exports and crosstrades. Since its formation, the business has expanded into other tradelanes and logistics activities.
