The Agriculture Transportation Coalition is asking the industry for advice on the ruling from China that imported US goods must be mosquito-free. Without one, cargo must be fumigated  – raising some problems for agricultural shipments. AgTrans is concerned about shipment delays, implementation and fumigation.
