ATSG subsidiary LGSTX acquires materials handling specialist TriFactor

ATSG subsidiary LGSTX Services has acquired material handling systems integrator TriFactor Distribution Services. The deal, reported by Air Cargo News, is expected to see ATSG market TriFactor’s services across its US network. TriFactor will provide systems integration, custom design, installation and maintenance of various solutions, including warehouse storage, order picking and conveyors.
