As another year reaches its end, McKinsey has put together a report on changes in the logistics sector. Releasing it as a series, first up is autonomous trucking. It asks how the expected change to cost structures associated with the proliferation of autonomous vehicles will affect the US logistics market; will the surplus lead to lower consumer prices or will it be divvied up among industry stakeholders?
