US supply chain firm Mallory Alexander International Logistics has appointed Robert “Bob” Mallory as its chief administrative officer, as it prepares to embark on series of acquisitions to expand its operations.
A member of the family that has given the company its name for five generations, Mr Mallory will “focus on developing programs to drive company growth through expansion and acquisitions”, and will be based at the company headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee.
“I am pleased to be joining Mallory Alexander and their extraordinary team that has built an outstanding logistics company,” he said.
“We look forward to the tremendous opportunities that are in front of us as we continue to expand our services and offerings for our customers.”
Mr Mallory has over 20 years’ experience in international sales in the UK, Europe and Canada during stints with Morgan Keegan and Co, and Raymond James.
Mallory Alexander president Neely Mallory said: “Bob’s financial experience is a critical addition to our executive team, and in this newly-created position, he will be focused on targeting future growth opportunities.”
“We are committed to growing with our customers strategically to support their supply chains,” he added.
