DSV has long sold investors on a story of industrialized logistics discipline, a machine that absorbs acquisitions, standardizes processes and spits out cash.

But a recent intervention* by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) into its in-house insurer, DSV Insurance A/S, reads less like a footnote and more like a structural warning label.
