It’s time to talk about something positive. Over the past fortnight I’ve had some interesting lecture time at DHBW in Germany with a class of very motivated young people, most of whom find their way into forwarding & logistics through some exposure from either family or friends. But once in our industry, they seem to find their calling.
Normally I’m rather a sceptic of the next generation and their sometimes over-confident approach, and I need to change my attitude for 2026. ...

I would not be surprised if his conclusion and recommendation will result in creating “a new DAMCO”…
