It’s in a couple of filings lodged with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 1 September that USA Truck Inc – whose board agreed in late June to be acquired by German 3PL DB Schenker – updated stakeholders about the would-be deal, ahead of a crucial, virtual vote to be held next week on Monday, 12 September, at 11.00 am EST.
Well worth a quick look, we think, regardless of any other strategic side elements to the tie-up.
