Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp.(YM) has announced the upgrade of China-Vietnam/Thailand services
China/Vietnam/Thailand Service (dubbed CTS) will be jointly operated by YM, Orient Overseas Container Line Limited (OOCL) and Gold Star Line Ltd. (GSL) with a total of three 2700TEU containerized vessels. YM, OOCL and GSL each will deploy one vessel. The rotation of CTS is Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Ho Chi Minh, Laem Chabang, Hong Kong, Shanghai. A round voyage takes 21 days.
China/Vietnam/Thailand Service II (dubbed CT2) will be jointly operated by YM, OOCL and RCL Feeder Pte Ltd. (RCL) with a total of four 2700TEU containerized vessels. YM, OOCL and RCL will deploy one, two and one vessels respectively. The rotation of CT2 is Incheon, Dalian, Xingang, Qingdao, Hong Kong, Shekou, Ho Chi Minh, Laem Chabang, Shekou, Hong Kong, Incheon. A round voyage takes 28 days.
China/Vietnam/Thailand Service III (dubbed CT3) will be jointly operated by YM and GSL with a total of three Bangkok max type containerized vessels. YM will deploy one vessel and GSL will deploy two vessels. The rotation of CT3 is Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Laem Chabang, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh, Dachan Bay, Shekou, Shanghai. A round voyage takes 21 days.
By upgrading the China-Vietnam/Thailand services, YM will increase the port coverage in China and provide customers with more convenient and quality services in the China-Vietnam/Thailand corridor.
