Flexport has been accused of being “unethical” and illegally breaching its contract as Western Global Airlines hits back at accusations by the forwarder of poor service. 

WGA said it had not responded publicly before as the contract was confidential, and it has not filed a suit against Flexport for breach of contract, as the terms stipulated that any disagreement would be resolved via mediation and arbitration.
