More on the increasingly complex TNT and UPS deal. Europe’s package and express companies are being asked for their views by the European authorities, and have been told not to talk to the media (according to a source, talking to the media). Apparently, though, UPS is not only willing to share cargo space, but is keen to sell some assets to La Poste’s delivery company DPD, which could become a fourth integrator. The markets, however, are starting to doubt that the deal will go through.
