An interesting read from The Economist on Thailand’s car market. A combination of government policy and growing domestic demand has propelled Thailand into becoming the seventh largest car exporter, with Japanese companies leading the way in moving production to the south east Asian nation. But will Indonesia take the region’s top spot?
