Supply chain risks on the increase

The demise of Ericsson (the mobile phone manufacturer, not the rimless glasses-sporting Swedish lothario of indeterminate football management quality) was due to its failure to build risk management into its supply chain, according to Accenture executive presenting a supply chain report at this year’s World Economic Forum in Davos which forecast threats are growing.
