Stobart lorry chief faces contempt trial

Strange story of Stobart Group chief executive Andrew Tinkler who has been charged with contempt of court and is due to face a civil trial. He is alleged to have lied in a previous court case in which a company owned by him imposed a gagging restriction on a former contractor. And the troubles appear to be piling up at Stobart, which has been reshuffling its executive team in recent months.
