Southern Air, one of the all-cargo casualties of recent times, is leaving its Connecticut base to save some money and get closer to its main customer, DHL Express, at its Cincinnati hub (CVG). Along with the move comes redundancies for 120 staff ? but the company is also advertising 41 positions at its new base ? where it will move in March.
