A growing list of perishable importers and exporters are ready to ’stand up and be counted’ at Cool Logistics Africa in March, as trade barriers threaten to destabilise the delicate economic balance in South Africa. The latest perishable player to join the debate is Georg Southey, General Manager at Merlog Foods, who will make the case for liberalising poultry imports into South Africa.
