The Jan de Rijk Logistics Group has acquired 100% control of Omega Logistics, based in the Netherlands. Omega Logistics is a niche player with a temperature-controlled distribution network to pharmacies, hospitals, patients and other healthcare facilities. This acquisition strengthens the already strong position of Jan de Rijk Logistics in the distribution of high-value temperature controlled products.
