As part of a governance change at Geodis decided by the Board of Directors, Pierre Blayau, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since January 2001, has become Chairman. On his proposal, Marie-Christine Lombard has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective from 24 October 2012. Ms Lombard was previously Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TNT NV.
Jean-Louis Demeulenaere, Chief Executive Officer of Geodis, is leaving the company to pursue new projects.
