Now 2012 is nearly over, it’s time to look back and see what we’ve learned and what’s changing. This article examines five supply chain trends that have appeared over the year and are set to stay – and they include not pushing costs on to other supply chain partners – as it doesn’t offer a sustainable solution. This, surely, will be music to the ears of the carriers, among others.
