DP World announces plans to harness solar power in Dubai

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 16 September 2015:- Global marine terminal operator DP World has announced plans to launch a major renewable energy project with the installation of photovoltaic solar panels to generate electricity, allowing it to reduce its carbon footprint while exporting surplus energy to the national grid.
