Court throws out €100 million compensation claim over Guinea box terminal

Logistics company Getma has lost a €100m compensation claim against Bolloré Africa Logstics. It had complained that it had faced an ‘illegal’ termination of its contract to run a container terminal in Guinea , which was handed over to Bolloré three years later in an ‘abrupt’ decision.
