The deal has been negotiated over the past three years and has been finally signed last week in Santiago de Chile by Ingo Zimmer (CEO ATC Aviation Services) and Mark Thiermann (Managing Director GrupoPFS)
The merger of ATC and PFS will combine the strengths of both companies, increase global presence and create a robust portfolio that can benefit from growth trend over the long term.
