News / Expansion-minded Xpediator in takeover talks with Slovenian operator Intereuropa

UK freight service provider Xpediator has confirmed it is in talks to buy Slovenian road transport operator and air and ocean freight forwarder Intereuropa.

In a London Stock Exchange announcement, Xpediator said it was in discussions with the Koper-headquartered firm to acquire its stock, although its property assets are likely to be excluded from the deal.
