It looks as if there could be another ACMI capacity provider entering the market. YTO Cargo Airlines, which currently provides ACMI to sister company YTO Express, has said it would begin offering services to third parties. It will sell excess capacity on YTO Express flights, as well as offer ad hoc, or long-term charters.
