CMA CGM Group is in the process of completing the largest acquisition in its history. On Friday, the group assumed control of NOL, a listed Singaporean company and number 12 in the world for container shipping via its APL brand. NOL is present in more than 80 countries and employs around 7,000 people. As of today, NOL is a subsidiary of CMA CGM.
