November 18, 2014 at 3:01 pmIt isn’t rocket science, pay the rate, get the driver……I have spent the last few years listening to the usual crap about “costs” and “pressure on the supply chain”….then whoosh, its £40PH if you can your hairy butt into “XYZ” tomorrow !!!

November 26, 2014 at 10:04 amstill it seems most of the industry still don’t get it seasoned drivers are still being offered the same old low wages for long hours bad conditions…make it easy to get a licence for new drivers and still you won’t solve the underlying cause not many of us out there are stupid enough to drive 44tons under such dire conditions any more. flood the drivers market with overseas drivers new drivers whatever this is now a world wide problem.
