The other day I commented on WiseTech and its on-going reputational battle with shortseller J Capital Research (JCAP).

JCAP accuses WiseTech (in two reports available here) of financial impropriety and a failed acquisition strategy.

In that coverage, I noted that WiseTech had not yet responded to a number of the concerns raised by JCAP (although it had already rejected the claims of financial impropriety).
