As the dock workers’ dispute over pay continues to disrupt operations at Hong Kong’s largest container terminals, shippers are looking to shift freight elsewhere. Boxes were piling up as the row entered its seventh day, with waiting times for ships queuing for up to 60 hours instead of the normal three. Neighbouring Shenzhen could soak up the cargo leakage.
