    There are plenty of facts to suggest that Shanghai is going through a painful spring, but as an international metropolis it is unlikely to go through a citywide lockdown like Wuhan did two years ago.

      Hi Vincent, according to Reuters the whole of Shanghai is under lockdown… how is this different to Wuhan?
