Drewry has published some useful analysis on Brazil’s ports sector, following last week’s stevedore strike at Santos. Noting that reforms are on the way, Drewry adds that labour law inconsistencies and congestion are still key concerns, but an increasing amount of private investment continues to look at opportunities there.
