Qatar Cargo shone brightly over the last 12 months. A 6.8% upturn in volumes led to it becoming the second largest cargo carrier in the world, according to Air Cargo News. Over the 2018-2019 financial year, it added three new 777 freighters, and by the end of this year will welcome a further five to increase its all-cargo line-up to 28 aircraft.
