It seems those eager for the launch of Elon Musk’s hyperloop in Los Angeles will be waiting at least another week. Tech Republic reports that the Boring, Tesla and SpaceX chief executive tweeted that the launch would now take place on 18 December – more than a week late. Though only a pilot test, the report quotes one industry source who suggests it could have a “massive” impact on the future of transportation. But there are those that seem less convinced it will become a reality.
