It’s all trouble and strife at the US west coast port of Portland, where a dispute between the container terminal operator and local dockworkers’ union over two positions monitoring reefer containers continues to rumble on. But things are approaching a head, and operator ICTSI warns that it soon might have to abandon the terminal altogether.
