If you have even a passing interest in freight into and out of Brazil, the OECD’s International Transport Forum has published some interesting statistics for the country. While external trade by sea remains strong, trade by air has fallen below the pre-crisis peak. Asia is becoming an increasingly important partner ? accounting for half of Brazil’s external trade. And there are lots of charts too.
