Jan de Rijk Logistics Group acquires Omega Logistics

As per September 15, 2015, the Jan de Rijk Logistics Group acquires 100% control of Omega Logistics, based in the Netherlands. Omega Logistics is a niche player with a temperature controlled distribution network to pharmacies, hospitals, patients and other healthcare facilities. This acquisition strengthens the already strong position of Jan de Rijk Logistics in the distribution of high value temperature controlled products.
