Titus Diu, China’s air cargo stalwart, has moved on to become general manager for China for Cathay Pacific. Mr Diu has worked in cargo – latterly as chief operating office of Air China Cargo – since 2007, first for Cathay, before moving on to its joint-venture cargo airline.
