There seems to be a lot going on at cargo-partner, which is reviewing its structure following the announcement by Stefan Krauter, found and CEO, that he is to step down. The latest is that it has offered to buy one third of European road groupage network Sim Cargo, according to Air Cargo News. The deal would finalise in the third quarter, if accepted. In April, cargo-partner fully acquired the UK’s Aztek International Freight, after it bought one third of the company last year.
