    If this is a threat to the takeover, what about the fact that Servisair sacked the nightshift at Manchester UK?
    Some people I know, being members of the same Union, were dismissed when Swissport refused to transfer (TUPE) them with the loss of the Thompson airways contract.
    Some of the Servisair twenty one had worked for the company for over 20 years and were on old contracts that neither company wanted.
    They have never received a penny off either company since this happened at the end of March 2013.
    Now the multi-million pound companies are merging, what’s that all about?
