Not every container carrier thinks with its orderbook

The struggles of container shipping lines are well known and under increasing focus currently. A large number of ships are due to be delivered next year into trades already suffering from overcapacity. So is the recent decision by Evergreen to suspend construction of up to 60 smaller container ships the sign of a shift in industry thinking?
