APL Logistics, the supply chain management unit of Singapore’s NOL Group, has acquired U.S. Customs brokerage and trade compliance firm Carmichael International Service, the two companies announced today.
“This acquisition is vitally important to APL Logistics’ strategy to strengthen the integration of our international supply chain services,” said Jim McAdam, President of APL Logistics. We’re pleased to bring together two outstanding names in logistics services for the benefit of our customers.”
