November 17, 2011 at 2:16 pmThere seems to be a contradiction in the global policies Russia pursues – WTO on the one hand,and support for Iran and opposition to the West in general on every occasion on the other. There is also an increasing flight of people from Russia reported attributed to the lack of domestic opportunities. It seems rather difficult to relate to what happens there from the outside.Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose.
