Tesla said it would export its cars, made in China, to Asia Pacific markets, to reduce cost and delivery times. Tesla will have to ramp up production in China to meet demand in the region, which is currently supplied by its California factory. Tesla is also to start producing cars in Berlin from the middle of next year. South China Morning Post reports.
