Another day, another business in trouble because of poorly executed logistics. This time, it is German company Henkel, which blamed falling sales in its laundry and beauty businesses on delivery problems in North America. Much like KFC, it recently changed its transport and logistics supplier. It did not say who its supplier is, but no doubt there are some tricky conversations going on right now. Reuters reports.
