We admit it. This isn’t a freight-related story. But it is Friday, and sometimes you need a change – and this is about airlines, at least. Doing the rounds on the internet at the moment are two airline passenger complaint letters, both very funny. One is a short note to the Caribbean island carrier, LIAT (variously labelled: Luggage In A Nother Terminal,” “Leaving Island Any Time,” or “Lousy In All Things”). The other is old – but it’s a great letter to Richard Branson, commenting on Virgin Atlantic’s food – complete with images. Well worth a Friday read.
