Reports have surfaced that China’s YTO Express Airlines is in the market for Boeing 757s it can convert into freighters. Citing Cargofacts, CH Aviation claims the carrier is in talks with a third party over the acquisition of nine aircraft. Furthermore, the report claims a deal has been struck with China Southern Airlines for five of its outgoing 757s. Earlier reports that the carrier was moving for 10 aircraft from American Airlines were “dispelled”.
